Use of the service

Subscriptions and billing

Certain features of the Service may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Subscription pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID account according to App Store policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device account settings.

No medical advice

The Service is for general information and self‑tracking purposes only and does not provide medical or nutrition advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or dietary counseling. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine.

Intellectual property

All content and materials in the Service, including the BetterFit name, logo, text, graphics, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that any information provided will be accurate or complete.
